This system has been developed with the intention of providing assistance to elders and ministerial servants within congregations. The following features may be particularly beneficial:

• Attendance tracking: Record attendance for both sign and Spanish congregations.
• Statistics overview: Automatically calculate various metrics such as publisher posts, videos, hours, return visits, and courses. View data categorized by Precursor or Publisher over the last six months or select a specific month.
• Customizable settings: The application can be tailored to specific needs, including options for sign language congregations.
• Language selection: A new "Settings" module allows users to switch languages easily.
• Database management: Features for backup and restoration of the database are included.
• CSV export: Publisher reports can now be exported in CSV format for administrative use.
• Attendance export: Attendance records can also be exported to a CSV file.
• Total calculations export: Calculated metrics for Publishers, Auxiliaries, and Regular Pioneers can be exported as PDFs.
• CSV reporting: Simple structure required for CSV files ensures ease of integration with the Elders-Congregation app.
• TIN import/export: TXT files can be sent for use in the Elders-Congregation app.
• Notification features: SMS or iMessage reminders can be sent to ensure timely report submissions.
• Simplified CSV import: The introduction of a button in the Publishers list enhances comfort when importing CSV reports.
• Stopwatch module: A new feature allows for timer reordering based on assignments, with visual cues for better tracking.
• Report percentage visualization: A color-coded circle displays the percentage of reports submitted within a month in the "Publishers" module.
• User interface improvements: The "Publishers" module has been redesigned and integrated with the "Groups" module for better navigation.
• SMS integration: Messaging capabilities for shepherding visits have been enhanced, including options for a third companion.
• Status automation: The Elders-Congregation app now automatically classifies publishers based on reporting activity over recent months.
